It is important that you understand the terms and conditions prior to booking your wedding. The scope of our services involves the planning and coordination of your wedding which includes making all the necessary arrangements with our team of preferred services providers ensuring the highest level of satisfaction by meeting and exceeding your expectations in our delivery, irrespective of the size of your group or your budget.

Once you have made your deposit , you have automatically accepted the terms and conditions as outlined and stipulated..


  • Optional upgrade items can be added to any wedding package of choice.
  • No credit will be issued for items not required with a package, however items can be substituted.


  • Non- Refundable US$318 deposit will secure your wedding date, time and a wedding planner.
  • 50% deposit is required to secure specific venues not included in a package and is non-refundable.
  • Reservations are not held without a deposit once availability of venue is confirmed.
  • All prices are quoted in US$
  • 6% Taxes will be applicable to all services.


  • Final balance must be paid 60 days prior to wedding to avoid late charges or service cancellations.
  • If an extension pass your due date is required, please request approval to avoid delinquent status.
  • Changes to  packages/add-on's, must be made no later than 60 days prior to the wedding date.


  • $318 Booking Deposit is Non-Refundable
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the wedding, 25% fee will apply on payments  made.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the wedding, 50% fee will apply on payments already made.
  • If a wedding is cancelled within 60 days prior to the wedding date, No refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds are made for No-shows.


  • If your cruise ship is unable to port, resulting in a cancellation, special concessions will be made.
  • Where possible arrangements will be made to facilitate your wedding at the next Port of Call / Island.


  • Documents must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to wedding date.
  • Late submission will attract a $150 late processing fee.


      • Last minute bookings made less that 60 days prior to wedding date will be accepted.
      • FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking.
      • Required Documents to be submitted at the time of booking.


        • Once your account is in CONFIRMED STATUS, a detailed itinerary will be emailed.
        • Itinerary will outline  the "DAY OF" timeline and what to expect.


        • Photographs will be chosen randomly and published in portfolio as display to prospective clients.
