Day Of Timeline - Service Order

We understand the importance of knowing as you anticipate how the "wedding day" will flow once you and your guest have arrived at the wedding venue. Whether you are doing a small intimate wedding with just a few or an elaborate affair with a larger group, we have outlined in detail the order of service to guide you in preparing your wedding programs.

Feel free to customize the details, and/or add your unique flavor for the special occasion, whether a reading, a song, a poem, releasing of doves, a particular piece to be played; it is all up to you.


  • With Ceremony only packages, including pictures, everything will last approximately 1-2 hours.
  • Prelude……….........…(guest are been seated)
  • Entrance of the Officiate, Groom, & Bestman

  • Bridal Processional…..
  • Opening Remarks……Marriage Officiate
  • Wedding Vows
  • Blessing and Exchange of Rings
  • The signing of the Wedding Register
  • Special Ceremony Enhancement - doves/sand ceremony etc (optional)
  • Pronouncement of Marriage
  • Recessional……………Bridal Party
  • After Ceremony Pictures before the reception ( If included with your package)
  • Depart site at the designated time ( if no reception to follow)


  • With Ceremony & Mini Reception/Cocktail packages, including pictures, approximately
    2 -3 hours
  • Cutting of the Cake
  • Bride & Groom Toasts
  • Guest Toasting
  • The cake will be served to all guest
  • Cocktail Hour (if included with wedding package)
  • Couple's First Dance (if required)
  • Depart site at the designated time.


  • With Ceremony & Dinner Reception packages, including pictures, (approximately
    4 - 6 hours)
  • Seating of guest
  • Introduction of the Bridal Couple (by your mc/DJ-if required)
  • Blessing of the meal ( optional - you can assign someone )
  • Dinner ( head table is served/guest do buffet)
  • Unveiling of the Cake ( Optional - mothers)
  • Cutting of the Cake
  • Bride & Groom Toasts
  • Guest Toasts'
  • Couple's First Dance
  • Dance Floor Opens
  • Final Thank You remarks from B&G to guest
  • Depart site at the designated time.
