Ceremony & Reception  Day Guideline..

We understand the importance of you knowing  as you anticipate how the wedding day will flow once you and your guest  arrive at the wedding site, whether you are doing a small intimate wedding  with just a few or an elaborate affair with a larger group... we have outlined in detail the order of service, this will also guide you in preparing your wedding programs.

This is just a sample guideline , so feel free to  customize your ceremony/reception and add your own unique flavor for your special occasion....whether a reading, a song, a poem, releasing of doves,  a special song to be played ( you can bring your own cd)....its all up to you....

 

With ceremony only packages, including pictures, everything will last approximately 1 hour.

 

With ceremony  & mini reception packages, including pictures, everything will last approximately 2 hours.

 

With ceremony  & dinner reception packages, including pictures, everything will last approximately 4 hours.

*Ceremony*

  Pickup from your designated location, hotel/cruise-ship

ü      Prelude……….........…(guest are been seated)

ü      Entrance of the Officiate, Groom, & Bestman

ü      Processional….......…(bridesmaids/groomsmen)

ü      Bridal Processional…..

ü      Opening Remarks……Marriage Officiate

ü      Wedding Vows

ü      Blessing and Exchange of Rings

ü      Signing of Wedding Register

ü      Pronouncement of Marriage

ü      Recessional……………

ü      After Ceremony Pictures before reception

ü      Depart site at designated time ( if no reception to follow)

 

**Mini Reception**

ü      Cutting of the Cake

ü      Bride & Groom Toasts

ü    Guest Toasting

ü    Cake will be served to all guest

ü    Cocktail Hour (if included with wedding package)

ü      Couple's First Dance (if required)

ü      Depart site at designated time.

 

***Dinner Reception***

ü      Cocktail Hour (if included with your wedding package)

ü      Seating of guest

ü      Introduction of the Bridal Couple

ü      Blessing of the meal ( you can assign someone to do is if you wish to incorporate)

ü      Dinner ( head table is served/guest do buffet)

ü      Unveiling of the Cake ( mothers)

ü      Cutting of the Cake

ü      Bride & Groom Toasts

ü      Guest Toasts'

ü      Couple's First Dance

ü      Dance Floor Opens

ü      Final Thank You remarks from B&G to guest

ü      Depart site at designated time.
