Terms & Conditions

• A  none-refundable $300 deposit is required upon booking to confirm the wedding date, time, location and secure the marriage license .

• If a wedding is cancelled $300 deposit is none-refundable.

• If a wedding is cancelled  60 days or more prior to wedding date  50% cancellation fee  will apply (if  payment is already made on final balance owed)

• If a wedding is cancelled  within 60-30 days or less of the wedding date no refund will be issued .
  

• The outstanding balance on the wedding package is due (60) days prior to the wedding date.

•  Where weddings are booked less than 60 days of preferred wedding date, full payment is required and  no refunds will be made for cancellation.

• Final Balance  for wedding is to be made by certified cheque, money order, direct bank transfer or credit card .
  

• An invoice for wedding services will be faxed or email to you prior to the wedding date to review and make changes if necessary. Invoices must be reviewed, Booking Form completed and returned to our office before leaving for Jamaica.
  

• No refunds are made for No-shows.
