                 Terms & Conditions

• A  none-refundable $315 deposit is required upon booking to confirm the wedding date, time, location and secure the marriage license .

• An invoice summary/contract  for the wedding services will be  email to you for review and to  make any changes  up to 60days prior to the wedding .
  

• The outstanding balance on the wedding package is due (60) days prior to the wedding date.

• If a wedding is cancelled  90 days or more prior to wedding date 25% cancellation fee  will apply (if  payment is already made on final balance owed)

• If a wedding is cancelled  61 days - 89 days prior to wedding date 50% cancellation fee  will apply (if  payment is already made on final balance owed)

• If a wedding is cancelled  60 days or less of the wedding date no refund will be issued .

• Cancellations that are made after Final Balance has been paid - No-Refunds will be made after the final due date is pass and event is in confirmed status.

•  Where weddings are booked less than 60 days of preferred wedding date, full payment is required and  no refunds will be made for cancellation.

• Final Balance  for wedding is to be made by certified cheque, money order, direct bank transfer or credit card .
  

• Booking form must be completed , payments made, applicable documents submitted, wedding day Itinerary reviewed, and returned to our office before leaving for Jamaica.
  

• No refunds are made for No-shows.

• All prices will have a 5% service charge added to the final bill.

• Once you have made your deposit, you automatically accept the term and conditions.
