Terms & Conditions

• A  deposit is required upon booking to confirm the wedding date, time, location and secure the marriage license and (2) certified marriage certificates.

• For Cancellation 90 days prior to wedding-  None-refundable $300 deposit will apply .

• If a wedding is cancelled  within 60 days prior to wedding date , 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• If a wedding is cancelled within 30 days of wedding date no refund will be issued (conditions apply)
  

• Final Balance  for wedding is to be made by certified cheque, money order, direct bank transfer or credit card .

• The outstanding balance on the wedding package is due (60) days prior to the wedding date.
  

• An invoice for wedding services will be faxed or email to you prior to the wedding date to review and make changes if necessary. Invoices must be reviewed, Booking Form completed and returned to our office before leaving for Jamaica.
  

• Where weddings are booked less than (30)  thirty days of preferred wedding date, no refunds will be made for cancellation.
