Booking/Payment
Terms & Conditions

A none-refundable $315 deposit is required upon booking to confirm the wedding date, time, location
and secure the marriage license .

An invoice
summary/contract for the wedding services will be
email to you for review and to make any changes up
to 60days prior to the wedding .

The outstanding balance on the wedding package
is due (60) days prior to the wedding date.

If a wedding is cancelled
90 days or more prior to wedding date 25% cancellation fee
will apply (if payment is already made on final balance
owed)

If a wedding is cancelled
61 days - 89 days prior to wedding date 50% cancellation fee
will apply (if payment is already made on final balance
owed)

If
a wedding is cancelled 60 days or less of the wedding date no refund will be issued .

Cancellations that are made after Final Balance has been paid -
No-Refunds will be made after the final due date is pass and
event is in confirmed status.

Where weddings are
booked less than 60 days of preferred wedding date, full payment
is required and
no refunds will be made for cancellation.

Final
Balance for wedding
is to be made by certified cheque, money order, direct bank
transfer or credit card .
-
Booking form must be completed , payments made, applicable
documents submitted,
wedding day
Itinerary reviewed, and returned to our office before leaving for Jamaica.

No
refunds are made for No-shows.
-
All
prices will have a 5% service charge added to the final bill.

Once you
have made your deposit, you automatically accept the term and
conditions.
