detail, we have over (10) ten years tourism /customer service and wedding planning experience
and want to help you make your special day even more special as
we help make your wedding dreams come true.
From the day you plan your preferred wedding
date to the day you arrive in Jamaica, all you do is relax and everything
else will be taken care of with total attention to detail and extreme
meticulousness.
We process all legal documentation, arrange the
wedding ceremony, the photographer, the videographer, the flowers,
the reception, the cake, the music, everything is confirmed before you leave on your
trip- we will even assist you with booking tours/excursions and
airfare and hotel accommodation though our preferred travel agents,
ensuring a smooth flowing wedding day.
Upon arrival
at your hotel in Jamaica, our wedding coordinator will arrange for your pre-wedding
meeting and assist with any additional services you may require.

Our duties include but is
not limited to;

Applying for and processing of marriage
license and certificate and schedule marriage officer

Assisting with selection of wedding
site for ceremony and reception

Organizing floral arrangement for bridal
party, wedding cake, photographer, and videographer ect.

Complete Development of an agenda for
wedding reception and ceremony, musical selection or DJ,
personalized wedding menus for brunch, lunch, cocktail or
dinner, reception inclusive of an assortment bar selection,
from sit-down served to buffet menus to suit your taste,
all yours to indulge.

Organizing of transportation of bridal
couple and wedding guests to and from wedding site, (if
required-and attract an additional charge).

Absolute planning of wedding ceremony
and reception including a "Wedding Itinerary"
containing the processional/recessional (if required)
